Data Analysis of Shotgun Metagenomics Results
Description
This new workshop consists of lectures and hands-on training in the analysis of the Shotgun Metagenomics Results from the previous workshop. This workshop is also suitable for the analysis of qiime2 results.
Prerequisites:
– basic understanding of R
– basic understanding of statistical methods.
Fee: $275 in person / seat.
