We configured AlphaFold 2 (the top-ranked protein structure prediction method in the CASP14 challenge) to run on our servers here at biotech.
BRC is providing this as a low-cost option for users who may not have the technical ability or server resources to run AlphaFold on their own. We run your input “as is” and do not make any claims about output.
The output from AlphaFold can be visualized using PyMOL. UW researchers obtain a PyMOL license from the campus software library.
Current Pricing is $125 for the first prediction + $25 for each additional prediction submitted in the same batch.
